Despite graduating in law and forensic medicine from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, she decided to focus on her passion for art and aesthetics thanks to the stimuli received from her grandfather and artist friends such as Giò Pomodoro, Mario Luzi and Mario Schifano
At the age of 24, she had the extraordinary opportunity to be selected by Vogue Italia’s editor-in-chief Franca Sozzani, initially working as the Styling Assistant for Anna dello Russo at L’Uomo Vogue and Vogue Italia.
In the editorial office of L’Uomo Vogue, she first gained experience in the field of brand coordination and photo shoot preparations for leading photographers and fashion editors.
Since 2007 she has held a permanent contract as Fashion Editor for L’Uomo Vogue and worked on numerous covers of the magazine.
This position has allowed her to conceive her features with some of the world’s finest photographers including Mario Sorrenti, Olaf Wipperfürth, Pierpaolo Ferrari, Paolo Roversi, Peter Lindbergh, among many others.
Sarah has also worked on projects in the field of art. From 2008 to 2015, she acted as fashion and props stylist for Toilet Paper Magazine by Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari, collaborating with top international artists. Sarah also worked on the setup of the retrospective of Maurizio Cattelan’s exhibition at Guggenheim Museum in New York.
Since 2009 she was Senior Fashion Editor at L’uomo Vogue.
From 2018 to 2020 she was Fashion Director e Celebrity at Vanity Fair Italia, with Simone Marchetti as Editor in Chief.
Specialized in celebrity styling, she boasts a considerable portfolio of international and country contacts.
